P6/7 have been looking at rainforests in W.A. U. They made a 3D diorama of the rainforest showing plant and animal life. Children worked in pairs to create a simple plan of their diorama i.e.: which plants will go where, how will they create the different layers, what material will they use and need, which plants and animals will go where? They then started creating these wonderful pieces with Miss Richmond.
