P1 and P2 had get fun making and decorating triangles to make a Christmas tree. They noticed that the number of triangles needed for the different rows of the Christmas tree were two less or two more each time. They also noticed that the numbers starting with one triangle at the top were then the odd numbers 1,3,5,7,9. They also noticed that to make the different layers of the Christmas tree, the triangles had to be the right way up and then turned upside down to fit in. A very impressive Christmas Tree display.
