P6/7 had a very enjoyable trip to the Roe Valley Country Park near Limavady. They had a lovely walk through the forest and alongside the river. They had a treasure hunt where they looked for various plants and leaves and they tried to identify different leaves from a chart. They also learned how to make a timber hitch knot which they are now keen to use at home.
